Pasa King Privacy Policy

Pasa King ("the app", "we") is a collection of board games. This policy explains what we collect
and why. We keep it minimal and we do not sell your data.
Information we collect
- Account details: a username and password you choose. Passwords are
stored only as a salted
bcrypt hash — never in plain text.
- Guest identifier: if you play as a guest, a random device identifier is
used to let you resume on the same device. It is not linked to your real identity.
- Gameplay data: game results, statistics, and (in later versions) friends
and game invitations, so the game can show your history and enable multiplayer.
- Approximate location: we derive an approximate location (country, region,
and city) from your IP address to understand where the game is played and to diagnose
connection reliability by network. We do not store your IP address — it is
converted to this coarse location at the moment of collection and then discarded. We do not
collect precise or GPS location.
- Device & technical info: platform (Android / iOS / web), operating-system
version, device model, and your device language, locale, and time zone, so we can understand
which devices and languages to support.
- Analytics events: anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, a game
started or finished, or a disconnect) so we can measure reliability and improve the game.
These are collected by our own servers, not by a third party.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in (via a token stored securely on your device).
- To run online multiplayer games and show your game history and statistics.
- To send game invitations and related notifications (only if you enable that feature).
- To understand where and on what devices the game is used, and to detect and fix
connection and reliability problems (using the approximate location, device info, and
analytics events described above).
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your username and in-game activity are visible
to other players you choose to play with. Our analytics are first-party (collected and stored on
our own servers); we do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not share
your location, device, or analytics data with third parties.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on our servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (Mumbai, India region).
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed; authentication uses signed tokens.
Data retention & deletion
You can remove a profile from your device at any time in the app. To request deletion of your
account and associated data from our servers, email us at the address below and we will delete it.
Children
Pasa King is suitable for players of all ages, and everyone is welcome to play. It is a
general-audience game and is not specifically directed at or targeted to children under 13, and
we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child
has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
